back from training ((:surprisingly it wasn't that horrible, maybe cus it was one word pathetic. haha. seriously, barely 10 sprinters training today, so when we did 4 x 400m we had to borrow the whole midd team. haha, then it was 18 people so we did 3 x 400m, 6 teams. rather fun i guess, cus it was just one time.warm up 10 mins jogstretchingsome weird new kinda drills3 x accelerationsdrills/jumps in timing (wasn't as bad as i thought it would be, though my one leg jumps suck. :))3 x 400mstomach/ back exercisesTHE END ((: i survived friday training! i survived friday training!
